Job summary

IgniteTech is seeking an AI-driven closer to join our enterprise sales team. You’ll own the full-cycle closing process, leveraging AI for account research, qualification, and live objection handling to win deals across our portfolio of enterprise products.

In this role you will forecast, prioritize high-potential opportunities, and articulate complex AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders, pushing for larger deals while maintaining a disciplined sales motion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales with a track record of closing complex deals.
• Hands-on experience applying GenAI/LLM tools to real business problems.
• Strong grasp of sales strategy, customer journey mapping, and market dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quota by consistently closing new, expansion, and cross-sell bookings across IgniteTech portfolio.
• Compress the cycle by running an AI-driven selling motion to shorten time from qualified to signed.
• Sell the whole portfolio and grow deal size and product breadth on the accounts touched.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into decisions non-technical stakeholders can act on.
