You will lead workshops, design solutions, and present use cases to executives, while staying current on Genesys products, collaborating with teams, and supporting the pre-sales process across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Experience presenting to executives or C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with IT concepts, software standards, databases and networking.

Responsibilities

• Discover: present vision, run workshops with business users to identify gaps and opportunities and define benefits.
• Design: tailor solutions to customer requirements, including CRM, BPM, AI or Cloud hyperscalers.
• Learn: stay up-to-date on Genesys products and best practices to advise customers effectively.
• Serve as an integral part of the pre-sales process, guiding strategic and technical selection for customers.
