Job summary

AloTech is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the roadmap for our CCaaS platform, focusing on voice, omnichannel, AI features, and analytics. You will partner with enterprise customers and internal teams to shape the product strategy and deliver high-impact outcomes.

You will work closely with engineering in a Scrum environment, ensure backlog quality, and track activation, adoption, retention, and revenue impact. A global, travel-friendly mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management for scalable software.
• B2B SaaS experience in CCaaS or CX/telecom.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• Native Turkish and professional English fluency.
• Hands-on with Scrum and modern Agile delivery.
• Proven track record shipping enterprise platform products.
• Data-driven with SQL-level analytics.
• Strong API-first architecture and integrations understanding.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive product roadmap and execution for core areas like voice, omnichannel, AI, and analytics.
• Lead continuous product discovery and feedback loops with enterprise customers and partners.
• Collaborate with engineering using Scrum; ensure backlog quality and sprint goals.
• Partner cross-functional to ship measurable business outcomes.
• Own product metrics: activation, adoption, retention, NPS, revenue impact.
• Champion API-first platform design and developer experience.
• Ensure GDPR/KVKK compliance and data-retention in design.
