Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via inbound calls.
• Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Assist customers with administrative and technical topics, including products, services, and billing.
• Update customer information in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Identify sales opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
