Cbtalents is hiring for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors in a hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Join a dynamic, multicultural team where language skills are valued and your career can grow.

You will handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, assist with billing and technical topics, and update records in internal systems. The role requires German C1/C2 and English at least B2, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via inbound calls.
• Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Assist customers with administrative and technical topics, including products, services, and billing.
• Update customer information in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Identify sales opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
