Job summary

CBtalents is seeking German-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a hybrid role in Sofia, Bulgaria. Join a multicultural team delivering high-quality support across products, services, and billing while developing your career in an international environment.

You will handle inbound calls, analyze inquiries, and update customer data in internal systems. A strong emphasis on communication, problem solving, and customer satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1/C2 (speaking, reading, writing).
• English level B2 or higher.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Valid work authorization in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via inbound calls.
• Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Assist customers with administrative and technical topics, including products, services, and billing.
• Update customer information in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Identify sales opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
