Job summary

Karadeniz Holding seeks a Fuel Operations Reporting Specialist / Assistant Manager to oversee cash flow reporting, budgeting and financial analysis for the Fuel Department. You will coordinate with trading teams across operating countries, monitor fuel consumption, and ensure accurate P&L projections.

The role requires a degree in economics/engineering/business, strong English, and SAP/MS Office skills. Hybrid work arrangements are offered along with training and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in fuel supply chain and commercial operations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP ERP experience.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and teamwork with an analytical, dynamic, results‑oriented profile.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly and yearly cash flow reports to the finance department.
• Monthly preparation of P&L actuals and projections for the Fuel Department.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for the Fuel Department; execute budget transfers as needed.
• Prepare monthly activity reports on fuel consumption, payments, and collections.
• Receive and manage nominations for fuel requirements from trading teams in operating countries.
• Identify and quantify financial losses from discrepancies between actual consumption and nominations; report findings for action.
• Plan and monitor fuel pricing, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collect and compare monthly/quarterly/semi-annual nomination data with actuals; coordinate revisions with trading teams.
