Job summary

Lesaffre Türkiye seeks an experienced and strategic Control & Reporting Manager to oversee budgeting, reporting, costing, and financial controlling, ensuring accurate insights and governance. The role supports business performance across production and finance functions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in budget and reporting, strong IFRS knowledge, Big Four background preferred, and English fluency. Hybrid work model and CSR initiatives are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum in related field; graduate degree in Financial Management is an asset.
• Production company experience and costing knowledge.
• Strong IFRS experience.
• Big Four experience preferred.
• Minimum 10 years experience in budget and reporting.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with accounting team for monthly and yearly financial statements closings in SAP.
• Ensure compliance of financial statements with IFRS.
• Monitor and evaluate cost performance monthly and provide forecasts with costing team.
• Prepare monthly profitability reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Group Reporting Team.
• Communicate with external auditors and manage audit process.
• Lead budgeting process with departments and present results to senior management.
• Participate in financial feasibility studies for machinery investments and production transition projects.
