Süper Enerji Madencilik in Istanbul's Etiler HQ seeks a Finance Specialist to join a dynamic team, ensuring accurate financial records and organized daily operations.

You will support accounts payable/receivable, monitor cash flow and bank transactions, assist in monthly/quarterly reports, and help with audits. Strong English skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting processes.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Experience with internal and external audits.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and take responsibility in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily finance operations and follow up on financial transactions
• Follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Monitor payments, collections, bank transactions, and reconciliations
• Assist in cash flow tracking and daily financial planning activities
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Assist in budget preparation and actual vs. budget comparisons
• Prepare financial data, tables, and basic analyses for management reporting
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Check and follow up on accounting records and supporting documents in coordination with the accounting team
• Participate in internal and external audit processes and prepare the requested financial documents, reconciliations, and supporting data
• Follow up on audit-related requests and provide necessary information to the relevant teams
• Support communication with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders when required
• Use English actively in communication with international stakeholders and in finance-related processes
• Support KPI reporting and financial performance monitoring
• Assist the finance team with ad-hoc analyses and projects.
