The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an experienced Food, Safety and Quality Manager to join our Turkey team in Susurluk. You will lead FSQ initiatives, ensuring safe, compliant products from line to customer, reporting to the Operations Director.

You will drive food safety metrics, oversee incidents and recalls, and collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams to uphold KHMS standards across the factory.

Formación

• Relevant degree in food science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in manufacturing, R&D, or quality roles.
• Experience leading FSQ teams and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication and change-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the site FSQ function to ensure safe, compliant products.
• Drive deployment of food safety and quality metrics across the factory.
• Direct incident management including recalls and safety investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain quality and regulatory standards.
