Qualifications

• Food Engineering graduate required.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality control management in production facilities.

• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead process laboratory and final inspection teams.
• Monitor monthly quality notifications and Right First Time reporting.
• Drive quality activities aligned with product specs and customer requirements.
• Implement and improve HACCP, GMP, environmental monitoring and sanitation programs.
• Ensure plant regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Foster food safety culture and team development.
• Analyze FSQ performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment of production with plan and support teams.
• Maintain records and report non-conformances to FSQ Manager.
• Follow cleaning and sanitation plans per Kraft Heinz and GMP requirements.
• Address consumer/customer complaints and drive quality improvements.

About Job

We are looking for an experienced Process Quality Control Engineer to strengthen our Kraft Heinz family. The Process Quality Control Engineer position is within our operations department. The location of the position is Susurluk/Balıkesir.

About The Role

In this position, you will ensure that products manufactured at the KHC facility comply with the FSQ system—in alignment with the company’s policies, strategies, and certification requirements—and you will drive process improvements. This critical role ensures compliance with KHC standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements while championing a culture of food safety and quality across the site. Process Quality Control Engineer works closely with cross‑functional teams from other departments enhance operational performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and management of the process laboratory, tomato paste laboratory, and final inspection personnel and processes.
• Monitoring and management of monthly quality notifications and RFT (Right First Time) reporting
• Leading quality activities in accordance with established product specifications and customer requirements
• Implement, maintain, and improve food safety systems, including HACCP, GMPs, environmental monitoring, and sanitation programs
• Ensure the plant is always compliant with regulatory standards and prepared for customer and certification audits.
• Foster team development, identify training needs, and promote a food safety-first culture across the organization
• Track and analyze FSQ performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and reduce complaints
• Ensuring the right production at the first time in accordance with the production plan and supporting the team
• Ensuring that records are kept, checked, maintained and informed of any non-conformances to the FSQ Manager,
• Maintaining control and quality controls in accordance with quality plans
• To follow the cleaning and sanitation plans and ensure that the plans are implemented in accordance with Kraft Heinz and GMP requirements in the relevant areas
• To follow up and take action on consumer/customer complaints,
• Participating in, leading and maintaining quality improvement projects, productivity projects

Qualifications

• Food Engineering graduate,
• At least 3 years of work experience for quality control management in production facilities
• Previous work experience in an FMCG environment
• Have a good level of English
• Residing around Balıkesir
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP programs
• Prone to teamwork
• Open to cooperation, we are looking for candidates with strong communication skills
