Job summary

Abbott in Istanbul is seeking a senior finance professional to manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting within the Established Pharmaceuticals Division. You will collaborate with Finance and Operations to support the annual plan and quarterly estimates, lead month-end close, and drive data-driven decision making.

The role includes profitability analysis, KPI monitoring, transfer pricing coordination, and CAPEX assessment, ensuring accurate financial records and annual targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Finance department.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support yearly financial plan and quarterly Latest Best Estimate preparations.
• Lead month-end closing activities with Finance and Operations teams.
• Partner with commercial teams on financial planning, budget management and long-range plans.
• Prepare financial data for reconciliation and S&OP meetings.
• Perform profitability analysis on products and report brand P&Ls.
