Job summary

Uplift People Consulting partners with an international chemicals company to recruit a Deputy Sales Manager for Türkiye’s Aegean Region. You will manage key accounts, develop new opportunities, and drive growth by aligning technical solutions with customer needs.

The role combines technical sales, account management, and new business development, requiring strong relationship-building and negotiation skills and a willingness to travel regularly across the Aegean Region.

Qualifications

• Must have background in technical sales, business development or account management in chemicals or industrial solutions.
• Strong understanding of foundry operations and metal casting applications preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic account planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with existing customers across Türkiye’s Aegean Region.
• Identify new customers, applications and opportunities in foundry and related markets.
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting to proposals, negotiations and follow-up.
• Coordinate with technical teams to match customer needs with product solutions.
