Job summary

Oculera is seeking its first dedicated HR lead to build and own the HR function from the ground up. The role partners with the founders and finance to plan workforce needs, design people practices, and manage onboarding, payroll, and compliance across Türkiye and international markets.

You will shape culture, drive performance, and implement scalable HR processes in a fully remote, fast-growing medtech software company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR or People Operations with leadership responsibility.
• Strong hands-on recruitment for technology teams.
• Experience in performance management, compensation reviews, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and recruitment, including employer branding and interview processes.
• Build performance, development, and feedback cycles aligned to business priorities.
• Shape culture and engagement for a remote, international team.
• Develop compensation ranges and oversee pay reviews and benefits.
• Design organizational structure and HR policies as the company scales.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, HR records, payroll inputs, and reporting.
• Coordinate international expansion with EORs, payroll, and local partners.
