Formación

• Experience in a People Operations, HR operations, administrative, onboarding, or coordination role.
• Experience with onboarding, HR, recruiting, or broader People teams.
• Experience using AI to improve efficiency in work, or willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously improve onboarding experiences with clear, efficient processes.
• Coordinate activities supporting new joiners and onboarding journey.
• Review and maintain internal People resources and onboarding docs (e.g., Notion).
• Handle onboarding, Talent, and HR tasks including system updates and data filtering.
