Ödeal is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to designated business units and own the end-to-end people agenda.

You will lead HR processes from recruitment to exit, partner with leaders to design people solutions, analyze HR data, and drive talent development in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a HR Business Partner / People Business Partner role, preferably in fintech or high-growth environments.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret people analytics and translate insights into strategic actions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all HR processes within assigned business units (recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent management, employee relations, budgeting, exits).
• Partner with leaders to identify organizational and team development needs and design effective people solutions.
• Analyze HR data and metrics, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and implement talent management and organizational development initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related topics and guide through lifecycle challenges.
• Gather employee insights and address engagement and organizational effectiveness topics.
• Build and maintain robust HR reporting and tracking processes with strong follow-up discipline.
• Manage disciplinary processes in compliance with local labor laws.
• Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Align HR practices with business strategies and drivers.
