Job summary

Adidas is seeking a Manager Football Product Creation to lead football product design and storytelling in Turkey. You will drive technical graphic design execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure fast, margin-focused product delivery across ranges and seasons.

You will translate club briefs into compelling visuals, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to product marketing tooling and storytelling.

Qualifications

• University degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant graphic design and/or product marketing experience.
• Experience in apparel, sportswear or performance product industries preferred.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration in product creation environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of graphics across ranges and seasonal product collections.
• Translate product concepts into clear and impactful visual executions.
• Define the balance between sport, fashion, and culture through creative design solutions.
• Self-manage own creative process and execute towards given directions.
• Develop product-focused visual assets for presentations, milestones, and internal communication.
• Visualize designs using 3D tools and ensure handover of tech packs with sketches, fabric and trim indications, artworks.
