Job summary

Confidential Company in Turkey is seeking an experienced garment merchandiser to manage full merchandising cycle from product development through bulk production and shipment. You will liaise with suppliers and factories to meet cost, quality, and delivery expectations, prepare costing materials for buyer meetings, and coordinate with Design, Production, QC, and Logistics to ensure smooth order execution.

The role requires strong English, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• 5–8 years+ garment merchandising experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Manage the full merchandising cycle from product development through bulk production and shipment
• Liaise with suppliers and factories to ensure customer requirements on cost, quality, and delivery are met
• Prepare presentation and costing materials for buyer meetings and buying trips, including sample styles, pricing, and supplier / factory information
• Coordinate closely with internal teams including Design, Technical, Production, QC, and Logistics to ensure smooth order execution
• Monitor order progress, identify risks early, and proactively resolve issues
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
