Job summary

Insider One in Turkey is seeking a Product Manager to turn ambitious ideas into impactful products. You will guide cross-functional teams from ideation to launch, defining product strategy and articulating business value to align releases.

You will own the end-to-end release process, analyze market and customer data, and drive decisions with a data-informed mindset. Fluent English and Turkish are valued as we collaborate globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with a B2B SaaS product.
• Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development.
• Data-informed mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Define the why, when, and what of the products our engineering team builds, leading cross-functional teams from ideation to launch.
• Build a product strategy reflecting Insider One’s vision and articulate business value for each release.
• Own and optimize the release process, coordinating activities to bring products to market.
• Identify opportunities, drive product decisions, and turn insights into actionable ideas from market data and analytics.
• Define and analyze key product metrics to measure performance and drive improvements.
