Job summary

adidas in Turkey is seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Manager to ensure on-time product availability by coordinating supply and demand across markets. You will drive OTIF, cost efficiency, and stock reduction while leading SAP projects and SCM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in finance, business, logistics, planning, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 7–8 years in a supply chain environment with leadership experience.
• Fluent English (oral and written) and strong analytical skills.
• Good SAP expertise and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound flow alignment with vendors to support OTIF targets and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate supply and demand to ensure on-time availability for customers across markets.
• Improve stock turnover and implement regional supply chain strategies.
• Manage cross-functional projects (e.g., SAP transitions) and report progress to SCM leadership.
• Increase transparency with regular seasonal/monthly reports and presentations for management.
• Own S&OP calendar and drive on-time loading and delivery of ex-factory products.
