Job summary

Miorec İnsan Kaynakları A.Ş. is assisting a client in the food industry to recruit an experienced Production Engineer to lead daily production operations and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in production (2+ in FMCG), strong knowledge of ERP/MRP, Lean, 5S and Kaizen, and fluent English. You will lead production teams, monitor KPIs, and implement cost-saving improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years in production with 2+ years in FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity management and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations and ensure targets are achieved.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and implement improvement actions.
• Oversee production planning, capacity utilization and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics for smooth operations.
• Lead Lean, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement projects.
• Lead, coach and develop production teams and support performance management.
• Drive ERP/MRP utilization and production digitalization initiatives.
• Ensure accurate production reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Identify risks and opportunities to enhance production performance.
