Job summary

Miorec İnsan Kaynakları A.Ş. is assisting a client in the food industry to recruit an experienced Production Engineer to lead daily production operations and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in production (2+ in FMCG), strong knowledge of ERP/MRP, Lean, 5S and Kaizen, and fluent English. You will lead production teams, monitor KPIs, and implement cost-saving improvements.

Qualifications

For our client, an internationally operating company in the food industry for which we provide consultancy services, we are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to lead production operations and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

General Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production, with at least 2 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing,
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity management, inventory control, and supply chain processes,
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems,
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies,
• Good understanding of food safety, quality, and EHS standards,

Job Description;

• Ensure accurate production reporting and support data-driven decision-making,
• Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities and take proactive actions to enhance overall production performance.
