Job summary

Ülker, a leader in Türkiye's food industry, is seeking a Production Engineer for the pladis Türkiye Akyurt Ankara Factory. You will track production requirements, align with the production plan, and act to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in production/food production, maintenance, or project management.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Experience in achieving and monitoring production performance targets (KPIs).
Experience in managing facility machinery/equipment, workforce, and suppliers/subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Track the necessary requirements to ensure continuity of production and align with the production plan.
Execute production efficiently while adhering to quality, food safety, and OHS standards.
Suggest and implement facility and process improvements and monitor outcomes.
Organize task distribution and manage production teams effectively.
Prepare reports related to the responsible factory and machinery.
