Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in relevant engineering, has experience in manufacturing, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and is proficient in MS Excel and SAP. Fluency in English and willingness to work in a shift-based setup are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Fluent English required; shift-based work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise production operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare shift reports and analyze operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and occupational safety requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.
