Job summary

Gizli is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Fatih, Istanbul. You will be responsible for safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, and will oversee energy manufacturing, testing, and assembly processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering, 10+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of ERP/MRP, lean, and continuous improvement. Excellent English and proven team leadership are required.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join our manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a Production Manager or similar leadership role
• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, energy systems, or other high-volume production environments is highly preferred
• Proven experience in managing production teams and leading shop floor operations
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, capacity management, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Good understanding of quality management systems, occupational health & safety practices, and operational excellence principles
