Job summary

Gizli is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and cost-effective production, with accountability for quality, delivery, and continuous improvement across the shop floor.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, 10+ years in manufacturing, and proven leadership in high-volume environments. English communication skills are essential for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, energy systems, or high-volume production preferred.
• Proven track record managing production teams and shop floor operations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, capacity management, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all production operations to achieve safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.
• Oversee energy manufacturing, testing, and assembly processes.
• Monitor production performance, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production Planning, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Support production ramp-up, new product introduction, and manufacturing expansion activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing requirements.
• Drive process optimization, automation, traceability, and operational efficiency projects.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to build a high-performance culture.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join our manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a Production Manager or similar leadership role
• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, energy systems, or other high-volume production environments is highly preferred
• Proven experience in managing production teams and leading shop floor operations
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, capacity management, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Good understanding of quality management systems, occupational health & safety practices, and operational excellence principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
