Job summary

TredA FMCG is seeking a curious Junior Key Account Executive to join our Sales team in Turkey. You will learn how products, prices, promotions and negotiations turn into sales across leading national retail chains.

You will analyze sales, support customer meetings, plan promotions, and coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance while visiting stores to observe market dynamics and build commercial acumen. New graduates welcome, 0–3 years experience, English required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another analytical / quantitative discipline.
0–3 years of experience — new graduates are welcome.
Comfortable working with numbers and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Curious, proactive and willing to learn.
Interested in sales, FMCG and the retail business.
Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

Analyzing sales and customer performance.
Supporting customer meetings and negotiations.
Planning promotions and campaigns.
Working on new product listings.
Tracking prices, competitors and market developments.
Preparing sales reports, forecasts and presentations.
Coordinating with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
Visiting customers and stores to understand what is actually happening in the market.
