Job summary

Seluz Fragrance & Flavor Company is seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist – (Flavor Raw Materials) to manage raw material procurement for flavor production. You will coordinate with local and international suppliers, maintain ERP data, and ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in raw material purchasing, familiarity with flavor/food ingredients or chemical industries, and strong Excel/ERP skills, plus fluent English.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in raw material purchasing.
• Experience in flavor, food ingredients or chemical industries preferred.
• Experience with local and international suppliers.
• Familiar with import operations and international shipments.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP and Excel.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and follow up raw material purchase orders in line with MRP and material requirement plans.
• Manage order confirmations, lead times, shipment and delivery with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels, open purchase orders and critical raw material needs.
• Address delays, shortages or supply-related risks.
• Coordinate import, logistics and purchasing documentation.
• Maintain order, price, lead time and supplier data in the ERP.
• Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Warehouse, Import and Logistics teams.
• Prepare reports on purchase orders, deliveries and supplier performance for Senior Management.
