Qualifications
- University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven leadership and people management experience in flavour creation/ R&D.
- Extensive flavour technology expertise across multiple tonalities and platforms.
- Strong analytical and sense for consumer-driven flavour design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Flavour Creation team across all platforms and drive development of innovative flavour solutions.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of flavourists.
- Align global R&D with regional centres to ensure strategic execution.
- Translate market insights into differentiated flavour concepts and pipelines.
- Oversee end-to-end flavour projects from concept to commercial implementation.
- Provide technical leadership on sensory quality and formulation across applications.
- Represent Flavour Creation in global platforms and cross-functional initiatives.
