Job summary

Rijk Zwaan Türkiye is seeking a Financial Controller to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance while supporting strategic decisions. You will prepare reports by crop/department, manage budgets and five-year plans, and coordinate audits with Türkiye and the central Finance team in the Netherlands.

Based in Antalya, you will report to the Managing Director Türkiye. We value strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and a proactive mindset to drive efficiency and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting and/or Financial Management.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in using MS Office programs.

Bachelor Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight? If so, apply for this Financial Controller position to join our Planning & Control team in Antalya, Türkiye.

What does your job as Financial Controller at Rijk Zwaan look like?

As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and compliance while supporting strategic decision-making across the subsidiary. This includes preparing and analyzing financial reports by crop, department, and cluster; managing the budget and 5-year financial planning processes; and overseeing monthly reporting of balance sheets and profit & loss statements. You will ensure adherence to regulatory standards, coordinate internal and external audits, and implement robust internal control systems. Additionally, you will evaluate operational costs to enhance efficiency, maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders, and provide guidance on financial and compliance matters to the management team.

You will be in close contact with all the team members in Türkiye and Planning & Control department in our central office in The Netherlands. You will be reporting to Managing Director Türkiye.

We are looking for a Financial Controller with:

Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments. The role requires someone with a global mindset and an open, proactive attitude who can navigate complex financial environments with high integrity and professionalism. You will be able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance. Experience with internal controls, audit coordination, and financial planning will be highly valued, as will a demonstrated ability to support strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis.
