Job summary

Rijk Zwaan Türkiye is seeking a Financial Controller to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance while supporting strategic decisions. You will prepare reports by crop/department, manage budgets and five-year plans, and coordinate audits with Türkiye and the central Finance team in the Netherlands.

Based in Antalya, you will report to the Managing Director Türkiye. We value strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and a proactive mindset to drive efficiency and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting and/or Financial Management.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in using MS Office programs.

• Ensure financial accuracy and compliance across the subsidiary.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports by crop, department, and cluster.
• Manage budget and 5-year financial planning processes.
