Job summary

Cornerstone Türkiye represents a global company in search of a Manager – Financial Controlling to lead the controlling function and manage a finance team. The role focuses on financial controlling, IFRS compliance, financial reporting, and month-end closing.

You will oversee P&L and Balance Sheet movements, coordinate external audits, and provide financial insight to support strategic decisions while fostering a strong control environment and collaboration with other business functions.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong background in Financial Controlling, Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Excellent IFRS knowledge.
• Strong month-end closing and Balance Sheet experience.
• Experience managing external audit and statutory reporting processes.
• Previous team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Controlling function and manage the controlling team.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and company accounting policies.
• Review P&L and Balance Sheet movements and investigate significant variances.
