Job summary

Gizli Şirket is seeking a Financial Controller to join our global engineering and project services group. You will support IFRS financial and contractual reporting, coordinate the fast-close process, and prepare monthly and quarterly statements.

The role covers consolidation and budgeting, cash flow projections, and audit coordination, with a focus on improving reporting processes and delivering insights for management decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of audit experience or equivalent in multinational environments.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with consolidation and reporting processes.
• Strong IFRS and Turkish GAAP knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and prepare IFRS-based financial and contractual reporting.
• Coordinate and improve the fast-close process for timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly IFRS and local statutory statements.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets vs actuals.
• Develop cash flow projections and analyze deviations.

Job description

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our company, a global provider of engineering and project services for industrial facilities.

Job Description :

• Supporting and preparing the financial and contractual reporting operations in accordance with IFRS
• Coordinating and continuously improving the fast-close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with IFRS & local regulations
• Preparation and actual vs budget follow up of annual budgets
• Preparing the cash flow projections and providing insights on deviations to support decision-making
• Analysing the financial results and preparing ad-hoc management reports if necessary
• Assisting financial plans and forecasting scenarios preparation
• Coordination of financial audit procedures
• Follow-up of transfer pricings in accordance with the regulations
• Support financial transformation initiatives and standardization of reporting and closing processes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree with major in Business Administration, Industry Engineering, Economics, Accounting or Finance
• At least 6 years of experience in audit, or a total of at least 6 years of relevant professional experience gained audit companies and/or multinational companies and holding structures
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
• Experience in consolidation and reporting processes
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Turkish GAAP
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (advanced Excel preferred) and ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to solve problems with sustainable outcomes
• High sense of urgency, with a results-driven mindset and strong commitment to integrity
