Job summary

Rijk Zwaan Türkiye is seeking a Station Manager to join the leadership team overseeing three breeding stations in Antalya (Silyon, Korkuteli, Kurşunlu). You will share leadership with the current Station Manager and guide a team of about 50 colleagues.

You will optimize daily operations, manage facilities and budgets, drive continuous improvement, and align across Breeding, Execution, Sales and Support. The role offers international collaboration and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Faculty.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in agricultural operations or station management.
• Strong understanding of agricultural production processes and infrastructure management.
• Experience coordinating budgets, contractors and operations.

This position has been created to work alongside the current Station Manager, sharing leadership responsibilities and jointly supporting the operational and strategic development of Rijk Zwaan's three breeding stations (Silyon, Korkuteli, Kurşunlu) in AntalyaTogether with the current Station Manager, you will contribute to creating a safe, efficient, and future-oriented working environment that enables our Breeding, Execution, Sales, and Support teams to perform at their best. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing facilities and resources, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the station.You will also contribute to the long-term development of the station by identifying opportunities to improve operational excellence and by exploring innovative agricultural technologies and best practices.You will be in close contact with the international Station Management teams in all RZ Subsidiaries and will be reporting to R&D Managing Director Türkiye.**Your responsibilities include:*** Sharing leadership responsibilities with the current Station Manager and jointly overseeing the operational and strategic development of Rijk Zwaan's three breeding stations in Antalya* Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of approximately 50 employees across three breeding stations in Antalya* Leading and coordinating day-to-day station operations* Ensuring efficient use of facilities, equipment, vehicles, and other resources* Managing operational budgets and monitoring related expenditures* Planning and managing five-year investment budgets and monitoring budget realization against plans* Coordinating service providers, contractors, and external stakeholders* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company standards* Supporting infrastructure development and operational improvement projects* Monitoring developments in agricultural technologies and digital farming solutions, evaluating opportunities to implement innovations that improve efficiency and sustainability* Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the stations* Acting as a trusted partner for colleagues and management by providing practical and sustainable solutions* Strengthening cooperation between Breeding, Execution, Sales, and Support teams to ensure an effective and well-organized station environment* As an active member of the Management Team, contributing to the development and execution of the company's strategy and operational objectives#### What can you bring?You are a proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership and creating structure in a dynamic environment.
