Job summary

Rijk Zwaan Türkiye is seeking a Financial Controller to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance while supporting strategic decisions across the subsidiary. You will coordinate monthly reporting, budgeting, and 5-year planning and liaise with our central Planning & Control team in the Netherlands.

The role requires strong analytical skills, English fluency, and experience with internal controls and audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on financial and compliance matters to management.
