Job summary

NOKSEL is seeking a Finance Specialist based at the Ankara Headquarters to execute daily finance operations, manage banking transactions in SAP, and support financial reconciliation and reporting.

You will handle cash flow, collections, payments, and loan operations, ensuring accuracy of records and contributing to process improvements. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences or related field; 2–3 years of finance/accounting experience preferred.
• Experience using SAP in financial processes and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Knowledge of COA, FX transactions and tax regulations; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Enter and record bank transactions in SAP.
• Process and monitor bank payments and instructions.
• Review daily bank balances and reconcile statements.
• Record customer collections (DDS/DBS) and perform reconciliations.
• Conduct payment and collection balance controls and monitor loan repayments.
• Maintain up-to-date letters of guarantee/LCs in SAP.
• Communicate with banks regarding receipts, statements, SWIFT, etc.
• Monitor and record credit card sales collections.

About the Position

Based in our Ankara Headquarters, the Finance Specialist will play an active role in the execution of the company’s daily finance operations. The position is responsible for managing banking transactions, cash flow activities, collections and payments, loan operations, and financial reconciliation processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. By supporting the control, monitoring, and reporting of financial transactions through SAP, the Finance Specialist will contribute to the effective management of the company’s financial resources and the continuous improvement of financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Entering and recording bank transactions in the SAP system.
• Creating, classifying, and following up on bank payment instructions to ensure they have been processed.
• Reviewing bank statements and recording daily bank balances in the system.
• Recording customer collection transactions (Direct Debit System - DDS/DBS), confirming balances, and performing reconciliations.
• Conducting payment and collection balance controls.
• Monitoring bank loans and loan repayments and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Maintaining up-to-date records of letters of guarantee and letters of credit in the SAP system.
• Communicating with banks regarding bank receipts, statements, SWIFT messages, and related matters.
• Monitoring and recording credit card sales collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Trade and Finance, or related fields).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting charts of accounts, foreign exchange transactions, and tax regulations.
• For male candidates, completion of military service.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• No travel restrictions; residing in Ankara or willing to relocate to Ankara.
