Job summary

Rönesans Holding is seeking an Accounting Specialist to contribute to financial reporting at the Head Office in Istanbul. The role requires at least 4 years of experience, proficiency in SAP FI, and strong knowledge of tax practices and chart of accounts.

Responsibilities include managing e-ledger and e-invoice workflows, preparing VAT and other tax returns, and ensuring accurate reconciliations. English proficiency is preferred, with relocation to Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration.
• At least 4 years of experience in the field.
• Proficient in SAP/FI module.
• Knowledgeable in uniform chart of accounts and tax practices.
• Proficient in e-ledger, e-invoice, e-archive processes.
• Preferably fluent in English.
• Preferably experienced in the real estate sector.
• Preferably CPA trainee or has passed the exam.
• Preferably proficient in construction accounting processes.
• Experienced in VAT refund processes and investment incentives.
• Residing in Istanbul or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Follow up e-invoice, e-archive, and e-dispatch processes and record related invoices.
• Follow up invoices per internal approval procedures.
• Complete and report BA-BS and current account reconciliations.
• Control and account cash receipts.
• Control and account personnel expenses.
• Prepare VAT-1, VAT-2, Stamp Duty, and Withholding tax returns.

What You’ll Do?

• Record documents that constitute the basis of accounting records into the accounting system within the framework of company procedures and laws,
• Follow up e-invoice & e-archive & e-dispatch processes and record related invoices,
• Follow up invoice processes in accordance with the company’s internal invoice approval procedure,
• Complete and report BA-BS and current account reconciliations,
• Control and account cash receipts,
• Control and account personnel expenses,
• Prepare VAT-1, VAT-2, Stamp Duty, and Withholding tax returns.

What We Expect from You?

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, etc.,
• At least 4 years of experience in the field,
