Job summary

Karadeniz Holding seeks a Finance Specialist to join our Finance team in İstanbul HQ. The role requires a solid background in banking operations, loans, financial reporting, and strong English communication.

You will prepare payments, manage bank statements, and coordinate with our international offices while supporting daily financial reports and KYC processes in a dynamic, hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Completed undergraduate education in Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics etc. departments of universities.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in banks and/or corporate companies.
• Experienced in loans, financial products, applications and financial reporting.
• Will be able to follow the financial operations carried out with banks.
• Good command of MS Office and Access applications, SAP knowledge and experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of financial terminology.
• Attentive, detail-oriented, responsible and solution-oriented.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of payment instructions, completion of signature processes, submission to the bank and follow-up of transfers.
• Obtaining daily and monthly bank statements, sharing the statements with the accounting department and completing the accounting records.
• Following the bank and company processes of the letters of guarantee received & given, preparing and submitting the documents to the bank.
• Taking part in the preparation of daily financial reports presented to the management.
• Following the processes and maturities of financial products, reporting and completing accounting records.
• Carrying out domestic and foreign bank new account opening processes and responding to periodic requests from banks within the scope of KYC.
• Working in coordination with our friends in the offices of our foreign companies, receiving and giving information.
