Job summary

Rapiscan Systems seeks a Level 1 Field Service/Support Engineer to provide on-site service and diagnostics for CVI cargo systems in Turkey. The role is based in Ankara with coverage across Turkey, handling repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer liaison on technical matters.

The candidate should have engineering qualifications and experience with complex technical products, including IT networking and PLCs, and will work under company ISO and safety standards while upholding

Qualifications

Experience supporting a complex technical product, including engine, drives, PLC, transmitters & receivers, electrical systems, IT elements, electrical generators.
Mercedes truck experience is an advantage.
Able to communicate technical issues clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Know-how of hydraulic, electrical and electro/mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance of CVI cargo systems.
Local POC for technical issues covering Turkey.
Performing general maintenance, troubleshooting and fault finding on CVI systems and subsystems.
Provide defect liability or post-acceptance support for CVI equipment.
Complete service documentation and input data to a simple database.
