Job summary

ZEISS is seeking a Field Service Specialist to join our team in Istanbul or Ankara, Türkiye. You will provide high-quality technical service for advanced microscopy systems at customer sites, working closely with customers and global experts to ensure performance and reliability.

Ideal candidates bring a technical degree, 1–3 years in service roles, strong troubleshooting, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 1–3 years in a technical service or field service role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, calibrate, and maintain advanced microscopy systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and acceptance testing.
• Diagnose complex issues across mechanical, electronic, electrical and software domains.
