Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver hands-on technical support across Turkey and the wider EMEA region. You will install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize advanced food processing equipment at customer sites, ensuring peak performance and reliability.

The role requires travel across Turkey and EMEA, strong mechanical/electrical know-how, and excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience in field service, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing environments.
• Fluent Turkish and good English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities at customer sites across Turkey and EMEA.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on advanced processing equipment.
• Deliver training to operators and maintenance teams on equipment operation and best practices.
• Prepare accurate service reports, technical documentation, and follow-up recommendations.
