Job summary

The ECS Group is seeking an Audit Specialist in Turkey to provide audit and coaching services for automotive dealers. This role involves conducting warranty audits, investigating claims, and producing detailed action plans to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Turkish and English with a good understanding of dealer operations. Previous auditing experience is desirable but not mandatory as training will be provided. A valid driving license and access to a private car are required.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of dealer, manufacturer, and NSC organization and philosophy.
• Appreciation of warranty systems and dealer programs.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide audit and coaching services to dealers on behalf of manufacturers.
