Job summary

Philip Morris International in Antalya invites a Territory & Digital Engagement Executive to join our front-line field team. You will manage retailer relationships in your territory, blending physical visits with digital engagement to drive growth.

You will develop business plans, translate data-driven insights into actions, and support digital transformation at points of sale while collaborating with colleagues to deliver consistent, customer-focused results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any field.
• Up to 2 years of field sales experience in FMCG preferred.
• Strong Turkish and English communication skills.
• Valid and clean B-type driving license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with retailers in the assigned territory.
• Execute territory business plans with B2B focus and digital strategies.
• Monitor sales operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Cascade digital strategies to ensure POS digital transformation.
