Responsibilities

• Lead the field team to achieve business targets in line with company strategies.
• Plan the sales, expense, and promotional budgets for the product group.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas and manage customer relationships.
• Define performance criteria, evaluate results, and create development plans.
• Coach, mentor, and develop competencies to improve team performance.
• Conduct field monitoring to ensure proper use of promotional materials.
• Perform regional visits to observe field practices and develop action recommendations.
