Job summary

This role is responsible for leading the field team to achieve business objectives, managing budgets, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective field operations. The position will be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Ensuring that the field team under responsibility achieves its business targets in line with company strategies,
• Planning the sales, expense, and promotional budgets of the product group in line with annual strategies,
• Developing in-depth knowledge and expertise in the therapeutic areas under responsibility and conducting effective customer management in relevant specialties,
• Defining performance criteria of the field team, evaluating results, and creating development plans,
• Managing coaching, mentoring, and competency development activities aimed at improving team performance,
• Conducting field monitoring to ensure the effective, efficient, and correct use of promotional materials,
• Performing regional visits to observe field practices on-site and developing required action recommendations.
