Job summary

Otis SE is seeking a senior Controlling lead to drive the Controlling team and partner with management across the Buga site. You will own budgeting, run profitability analyses, and collaborate with BU Managers to implement cost-saving initiatives.

You will prepare KPIs and financial results for national and international stakeholders, ensuring Turkish GAAP and US GAAP compliance, while aligning with global Finance teams and the Buga Factory Leadership.

Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in Controlling, with leadership in manufacturing, mid-sized or international environments.
Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and US GAAP accounting principles.
High IT affinity and proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Controlling team and act as a trusted business partner for management.
Own annual budgeting and financial planning, focusing on personnel and operating costs.
Conduct profitability and cost analyses with BU Managers and monitor improvement initiatives.
Prepare and present KPIs, financial results, and project updates to national and international stakeholders.
Support timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under Turkish GAAP and US GAAP.
