Job summary

Kordsa in Türkiye seeks a Controlling & FP&A Team Leader to reinforce our Global Finance Team. You will lead Controlling and FP&A across sites, drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, and act as a strategic partner to site management.

You will coach the finance team, ensure accuracy of financial reporting, analyze variances, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR to improve performance. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multi-site and/or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Controlling and FP&A activities for sites, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Manage, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to site management and senior leadership.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely performance reporting.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities with accounting teams.
• Perform variance analysis and explain deviations from budget and forecast.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR to drive business performance.
