Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Financial Reporting Senior Specialist in Sarıyer / Istanbul. The role supports financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and business performance analysis, serving as a partner to business leaders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial controlling or reporting, IFRS knowledge, strong Excel and ERP experience, and proficient English. Hybrid work includes benefits such as health insurance and transportation allowances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• IFRS knowledge; US GAAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and variance analyses.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, cash flow, and key drivers.
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial review activities.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor results against budget and forecast; provide actionable insights.
• Prepare senior management financial reports and presentations.
• Support long-term financial planning and business case evaluations.
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting automation.
