Astemo Bursa (Osmangazi) is seeking a Financial Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting efforts for our automotive manufacturing operations. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical skills and IFRS/J-SOX familiarity.

You will drive cost control, working capital optimization, and provide financial analyses and strategic recommendations to support profitability. This position is based in Bursa with on-site responsibilities and an international team

Qualifications

• Advance proficiency in MS Excel and SAP required.
• Fluent in English.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting process (revenue and cost) and consolidate templates.
• Lead forecast process (revenue and cost) and consolidate templates.
• Lead actual reporting process and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor Balance Sheet for Budget, Forecast and Actuals.
• Support profitability and working capital targets.
• Perform financial analyses and provide summaries/recommendations.
• Manage expenses, cost improvements and cost allocations.
• Oversee Group Audit, IFRS Audit, Internal Audit and J-SOX processes.
• Oversee actual and standard costing in SAP and related tasks.
