Park Cam in Turkey is seeking an experienced export operations professional to manage shipping and documentation for glass packaging products. The role welcomes candidates located in Bozüyük or Eskişehir, offering on-site work with close coordination across production, logistics and customer service.

You will track orders, arrange container bookings, prepare invoices and packing lists, and ensure timely customs clearance.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of hands-on export operations or international trade experience.
• Knowledge of container shipments, bookings, customs procedures and export docs.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and export procedures.
• English proficiency for written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments.
• Experience in glass packaging or manufacturing is a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Track customer orders alongside production, loading and shipment schedules
• Arrange container bookings and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Prepare and check export invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, bills of lading and other shipping documents
• Monitor loading, customs clearance and vessel departures, and work with relevant teams to resolve delays
• Keep customers and internal teams informed of shipment and documentation status

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in export operations or international trade
• Practical knowledge of container shipments, bookings, customs procedures and export documentation
• Familiarity with Incoterms and export procedures
• English proficiency sufficient for written and spoken customer communication
• Good working knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments at the same time

Experience in glass packaging or a similar manufacturing industry is an advantage.
